A.Friday - Sunday :: Upto 20 People: Rs.20000/- (additional members based on discussion).
Monday-Thursday - Upto 20 people Rs.12000/-

A. Rs. 50000/- for 25 people(includes camp fire and cooking kit).
Q.What are check-in and check-out timings?
A,Standard Check-in and Check-out : 11am to 10am (Can be customized as per requirement )
Q.What is the accommodation like?
A. 2 A/C cottages with 8 beds and two attached bathrooms each.- A huge open verandah with attached bathroom where additional mattresses can be put for extra sleeping arrangements. Dinning Area, Kitchen and Beautiful lawns, cricket pitch, volleyball nets and water polo.
Q.Will extra mattress cost?
A.Additional mattress can be provided at 500/- per set. With maximum stay up to 25 pax is possible
Q.Is pool there and what is the size?
A.Yes it is available. size: 45x20x6
QDo you provide music system?
A. No
Q. What are the indoor and outdoor games available ?
A.OUTDOOR:Big size Lawn for playing cricket, volleyball and football. INDOOR: no games available.

Q.Is there a power backup available?
A.Backup is with inverter – 4 hrs plus generator.
Q.How many chairs are provided for outdoor sitting?
A.Total seating arrangement is for 15 people. Additional arrangement will be charged for min cost.
Q.Do we get caretaker help?
A.Yes! help is provided at an extra charge of 800/- for every 12 hrs
Q.Is there a cooking kit with GAS? Can we use it to cook food?
A. Cooking kit is provided with Gas, Stove and utensils are made available for extra cost of Rs.1000/-

Q.Do you have a provision to hire a cook, If yes! At what cost?
A.Yes! We do provide a cook based on availabilty at Rs. 3500/- depending on menu and no. of people.

A.Yes!
Q.What about liquor and Hukkah?
A.Yes! Liquor is allowed within permissible limits. For large gatherings a single day liquor permission is required as per govt norms. Hukkah is strictly not allowed.
Q. Do you provide decoration service? If no can we hire one?
A.Yes! Through outside vendor
Q.Is the place reachable by Ola and Uber?
A.Yes!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- As per government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every guest above the age of 18 staying at the Private Holiday HomeWithout valid ID the guest will not be allowed to checkin.
- The primary guest checking into the Private Holiday Home must be at least 21 years of age.
- We do not accommodate Unmarried couple.
- Booking will be cancelled without refund if the above condition is violated.
- Standard Check-in time is 11:00 hrs and Check-out time is 10:00hrs.
- Booking cant be canceled or Transferred.
- Pets are not allowed into the Private Holiday Home.
- For any additional services, full pay menu as to be made at the time of checkin.
- The Villa does not hold any annual Liquor license. Day liquor license can be procured at extra cost-T C apply.
- These rules and regulations are subject to change anytime without prior notice.
